Estimates & Quotations

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if project specifications, measurements, materials, or installation requirements differ from the original estimate.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or fabrication begins.

Payment terms will be outlined on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of installation or delivery of materials.

Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts as permitted by law.

Custom Orders

Most glass products sold by Fay-West Glass Company are custom manufactured specifically for each customer's project.

Once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Measurements

Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements provided to Fay-West Glass Company are accurate unless our team performs the field measurements.

Fay-West Glass Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer-supplied measurements.

Installation

Installation dates are estimated and may change due to supplier delays, weather conditions, material availability, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to complete every project as scheduled, completion dates are not guaranteed.

Product Variations

Glass products may vary slightly in color, tint, coating appearance, texture, or manufacturing characteristics. Minor variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Warranty

Fay-West Glass Company stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties apply to products where offered by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, acts of nature, building movement, or modifications performed by others.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fay-West Glass Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable products or services.
